As per the complexity of the change requested, it might take one to two days to complete a revision. Unlike other graphic design companies, we do not have any hidden or extra charges for revisions.
In order to ensure 100% customers’ satisfaction, Creative Logo Designers wants to remain very clear with its refund policy. Following are some important clauses of our refund policy,
If you have been charged extra because of any processing error, or if we have failed to complete your design without any prior notice of delay to, your design order amount will be refunded as it is.
If you don’t like any of our designs, you can avail our revision options. However, even after several revisions, we still fail to provide you with your requested design or content, you can ask for a refund within five days of work completion.
You can either call or email us to notify that you want to claim a refund.
If you have requested for a refund before the final delivery of the order, you would be able to claim a complete Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
If you have requested for a refund within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you would receive a refund of 66% (less 10% service & processing fee).
If you have requested for a refund between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be able to avail 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
We entertain no refund requests after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. But we might help you will the revision of your design.
Our refund decision will be final, and there won’t be any options for further negotiations.
Once you have been refunded, we will hold all the copyrights for the design. You would not be allowed to publish or use any of our designs for any personal, commercial, marketing, or any other use.
At Creative Logo Designers, we make extra efforts to complete and deliver all our designs on the promised date. However, if there are any chances of a delay, we inform our clients in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Once we have delivered the final design to the client and received the payment, we transfer all the claims and copyrights of the design to the client. After this, they can post and use the design as per their requirement. However, we might use the final output of the product for the sole purpose of advertisement on our website.
